Whistler Sliding Centre (WSC) is a world-class bobsleigh, skeleton and luge facility located above Whistler Village on Blackcomb Mountain. In addition to hosting elite athletes and international competitions, WSC is the only venue in Canada where the public can experience bobsleigh and skeleton firsthand.

We are now hiring a Supervisor, Track Safety. This role leads and oversees the venue safety program, and supervises a team responsible for day-to-day operational safety. This is a hands-on role including on-venue first aid, incident investigation, emergency response coordination, hazard assessment, and supporting track safety and maintenance for athletes, guests, and staff.
The Supervisor, Track Safety reports to the Managing Director, Whistler Sliding Centre, and works closely with the Safety Manager.
This is a salaried, year-round position, starting as soon as possible.
What we offer:
- Annual salary: $65,000 - $70,000 depending on experience
- 3 weeks paid vacation
- Extended benefits after 90 days
What you bring:
- OFA Level 3 (minimum) with CPR
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- 3–5 years emergency response experience
- Ability to work in a physically demanding, outdoor environment
- Satisfactory vulnerable sector check
Working conditions:
- Outdoor work in all weather conditions
- Evening, weekend, and event-based scheduling required
