Whistler Olympic Park: Bonus Weekend in April for Cross Country Skiing and Snowshoeing!

Whistler, BC: Ski Callaghan, the joint venture between Whistler Olympic Park and its neighboring Nordic ski area Callaghan Country, will be open for one additional bonus weekend in April! After the official closing day April 7, the trail system will reopen for one more weekend of skiing and snowshoeing on Saturday/Sunday, April 13 & 14, from 8:30am to 4:30pm. About 20 kilometres of cross-country ski and 10 kilometres of snowshoe trails, including dog-friendly options will be open.

All Ski Callaghan season passes are valid for these bonus days. Guests without a season pass can purchase day tickets at reduced rates (cross-country skiing $20 adults and $12 youth, snowshoeing $10 adults and $5 youth, dog access $6).

Access will be possible through both main gates. For Whistler Olympic Park, parking and trail access will be at Porter’s Glide, as the Day Lodge will be closed. Whistler Olympic Park’s shuttle from and to Whistler will not be operating. Ski and snowshoe rentals will only be available at Callaghan Country’s base facilities which will be open, and ski patrol will be on duty. Tobogganing, biathlon and Olympic sightseeing will not be available.
