Modified operations 2020/21

Rentals - Reservation required

New in 2020/21, all rentals must be reserved online* for Wednesday Nights by 11:59 pm the day prior (Tuesday) for better crowd management and to ensure the safety of guests and staff. Rentals cannot be purchased or reserved on the night. Please refer to the step-by-step guide below to reserve yours. Please note, each rental must be reserved in a separate transaction. Do not reserve multiple rentals at once.

There are two 2.5 hour time slots to choose from in which you will be able to pick-up your rentals (3:00 pm – 5:30 pm OR 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm). Each time slot has a limited quantity available, so get in early to avoid disappointment! If your selected Wednesday is not showing any available timeslots, that means that rentals are sold out for that date. Equipment can be used until our regular closing time. Trail tickets are to be purchased at the gate.

Overall for the 2020/21 winter, park operations have been slightly modified to adhere to current health & safety policies & recommendations to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Read more here to plan your trip!

*Rental reservations for Wednesday Nights are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Dogs on Wednesday Nights

On Wednesday Nights, skiing or snowshoeing with your dog is possible on the regular dog-friendly trails (please check the conditions page about potential closures). These trails are not lit, so dog owners should bring headlamps and be prepared to ski/snowshoe in the dark.

Dogs are not allowed on the lit trail network around the Day Lodge and must be on-leash in parking lots at all times. Dogs are not permitted in the Day Lodge (service dogs exempt). To access our dog-friendly trails, please use the two Dog Parking lots. Please note: there is no access to our dog-friendly trails from the Day Lodge. If you require rentals, we recommend picking up your equipment at the Rental Shop first, then driving down to the Dog Parking lots to enjoy skiing or snowshoeing with your dog.
