our Biathlon lessons will be available again in winter 2023/24. Information & pricing will be updated in the fall.
Biathlon is a unique winter sport that combines the combination of cross-country skiing and rifle marksmanship. Our biathlon lessons give those aged 10 & up the opportunity to experience the sport for the first time or refine existing skills.

Discover Biathlon Lessons - Winter 2022/23
Feel like an Olympian with this hands-on introduction to biathlon! Within a small group (maximum of 4 participants) and under the guidance of one of our experienced biathlon instructors, learn all about the sport, appreciate the skills required for athletes to succeed and have the unique experience to shoot a .22 calibre biathlon rifle at our Olympic range.
No equipment or SKIING is required to participate!
While no equipment is required for Discover Biathlon, each participant must have a valid day ticket or pass. Rentals are discounted when booked with a lesson to only $15 for ages 13+ and $10 for ages 5-12! Book these discounted rentals online as an add-on to your lesson, or give us a call at 604-964-0059.
Discover Biathlon lessons are available for booking 7 days a week at 1:45 pm, 2:30 pm or 3:15 pm (subject to instructor & range availability). We highly recommend booking online (possible until 3 pm the day prior). To inquire about same-day availability, please call 604-964-0059 or visit us at the Guest Services desk in the Day Lodge!

Private Biathlon Lessons - Winter 2022/23
Receive dedicated instruction in both cross-country skiing and shooting techniques over this 2-hour private lesson. Book for just yourself, or share a lesson with family or friends (up to 6 people with the same technique & ability level).

Ski School Booking Terms & Conditions: With more than 4 days' notice, a full refund is available with cancellation. Within 4 days of the lesson booking, a 25% admin fee will be charged and the rest of the cost refunded. With 1 day's notice, no refund is provided and a 25% fee is charged for re-booking. A late arrival time (over 15 minutes) will result in your private lesson being forfeited. For group lessons, late arrivals cannot be accommodated and it will result in your spot being forfeited. If you are running late for your booked lesson, please ensure you contact Guest Services prior to arrival at 604-964-0059.
