  • If you are a new pass holder, or you require a new pass card to be printed (in the case you have lost your previous one or have changed to a different pass type e.g. from Ski Callaghan to Dual Area), please show your purchase confirmation (a digital copy is sufficient) at the gate upon arrival and see Guest Services, located in the Day Lodge, to have your card printed. Please allow extra time for this process, particularly if your first visit is on a weekend.
  • If you have renewed your Dual Area season pass and have an existing card, you will be required to collect a 2023/24 sticker for your card from Guest Services, located in the Day Lodge, on your first visit.
