Summer & Winter, sliding sports, Nordic skiing, multi-sport, Pro-D days, holiday camps & more

Whistler Sport Legacies is offering many options for children and youth of all skill levels to participate in exciting Olympic sports. Programs include sliding and Nordic sports as well as multi-sport options, varying from one-time sessions to introduce participants to new sports, over one- or multi-day camps to weekly/seasonal programs. Depending on the discipline, programs are held either at the Whistler Sliding Centre, at Whistler Olympic Park, the Whistler Athletes’ Centre or at third party locations in Whistler.

Multi-Sport Summer Camp

Children and youth ages 6-12 can join this active summer camp! Sample new sports each day under the guidance of experienced coaches, learn new skills and have fun! Adaptive options are available. Four camp weeks will be offered in July and August 2022.

Soccer & Multi-Sport Summer Camp

Youth ages 10-12 & 13-15 can join this soccer summer camp from August 2 – 5, 2022, for a week of quality soccer training, multi-sport activities and outdoor fun in Whistler. The focus lies on skill development and outdoor activities in a safe environment. Discount accommodation options at the Whistler Athletes' Centre are available.

Discover Luge

This one-session introductory sport program lets children and youth (ages 8-14) get a taste of the Olympic winter sport of luge by sliding down the track on their own sled!

Seasonal Novice Luge Program

Children and youth (ages 10+) that want to pick up luge as a weekly activity can sign up for the Seasonal Novice Luge Program. Participants can train one to four times per week. Consistent coaching support ensures progression and skill development. Available from October to March.

Development Luge Program

This program is open for youth (ages 13-14) that want to progress in the sport of luge. The program is designed as a full-year curriculum, with up to five coached training sessions per week through the winter season and a summer training component.
