Youth Strength and Conditioning

This weekly program is suitable for all girls+ (everyone who identifies as female) in grades 7-9 from all sports who want to enhance their sport training experience!

Whistler Sport Legacies' youth Strength & Conditioning program is designed for individuals who would like to enhance their overall athleticism, complement their sport specific skills and build resistance to Injury. This program is also for those youth who are looking to feel strong and fit to live a healthy life.

Sessions include for example:

  • Strength training
  • Agility, Coordination and Balance
  • Functional Movement skills
  • Nutrition workshop
  • Goal Setting
  • Mental Performance workshop
General Program Info 

Girls+ (everyone who identifies as female) in grades 7-9, from all sports & all those who want to get strong and fit!

  • Mondays, April 17 to June 12 (8 weeks, no session on May 22)
  • 4:00 – 5:30pm

$160/8 sessions
