Youth Multi-Sport Dryland Training
This weekly program is suitable for youth from all sports who want to enhance their sport training experience!
This weekly multi-sport dryland training program is ideal for athletes from all sports who would like enhance their overall athleticism, complement their sport specific training and build resistance to injury. Participants improve overall strength, endurance, power, agility, flexibility, teamwork, coordination and balance, and build confidence and self-esteem for their sport-specific training.
Sessions are delivered by professionals in their respective field, and include for example:
- Strength training
- Agility, coordination and balance
- Functional movement skills
- Mental Performance
Girls & boys grades 7-9, from all sports & all those who want to get strong and fit!
$360 for 18 sessions, monthly payment options available
