Multi-Sport Athletic Training
This program is suitable for youth from all sports who want to enhance their sport training experience!
The sessions are designed to enhance existing athletic abilities and to work on mastering the basics in many sports. Participants improve overall strength, endurance, power, agility, flexibility, teamwork, coordination and balance, and gain overall confidence going back into their sport-specific training.
