Advanced Practice Planning
Saturday, Oct. 24 & Sunday, Oct. 25 (MUST ATTEND BOTH SESSIONS), 6:00pm - 9:00pm, $90

After completing this module, you will be able to develop a plan for training athletic abilities and technical and tactical abilities over a micro cycle, plan a micro cycle that helps athletes taper before a competition and identify the factors that affect practice planning. Register Now

Prevention and Recovery
Tuesday, Nov. 3 & Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2020 (MUST ATTEND BOTH SESSIONS), 5:30pm - 9:30pm, $125

After taking this module you will have the knowledge needed to identify common injuries in your sport and develop appropriate prevention and recovery strategies to keep your athletes injury free during training and competition, choose skills and drills that help athletes perform appropriate warm up and cool downs, develop functional evaluation for an athletes return to play. Leading Drug Free Sport

Coaching and Leading Effectively

Basic Mental Skills
Monday, Nov. 9, 2020, 4:30pm - 8:30pm, $75

The Basic Mental Skills module gives you the ability to recognize signs indicating that an athlete may need to improve his/her goal setting, focus, and anxiety control skills, and develop tools to help the athlete to make improvements in these areas, as well as run simple guided activities that help athletes improve basic mental skills. Managing a Sport Program
