Skeleton Training
Skeleton programs are offered for ages 14 and up, and include introductory one-time sessions, 3-day skeleton schools as well as full-season training for recreational participants as well as for athletes training on the high performance level.
Within the BC Sliding Development Centre, a clear pathway leads youth and adults through their progression levels.

Discover Skeleton
This one-session sport program enables participants (14+ years) to get a taste of the Olympic winter sport of skeleton by sliding down the track on their own sled! Available in the winter season.
Venue: Whistler Sliding Centre

3-Day Skeleton School
Youth and adults (14+) that want to acquire the in-depth skills needed to race on a skeleton sled can enroll in one of these three-day programs which combine classroom with on-ice sessions. Available in the winter season.

Seasonal Skeleton Program
Youth and adults ages 16 and up who have successfully completed a Skeleton School (or equivalent), and who want to pursue the sport of skeleton on a recreational level can participate in this seasonal program. Available in the winter season.

Seasonal High Performance Skeleton Program
This program is tailored for high-level skeleton development athletes who are working towards moving into the national programs. Available in the winter season.
