With a variety of spaces to suit your needs, Whistler Olympic Park also offers ample parking to accommodate your guests - all within a short drive from Whistler.

Day Lodge

Three unique spaces, customizable for any size and type of event

Main Room

The Main Room has a guest capacity of 135 seated and 150 reception style. This 397 sqft gorgeous timber framed space requires minimal décor, offering the true "cabin in the wilderness" feel with a hint of sophistication and elegance.

Fireside Lounge

The cozy Fireside Lounge has a guest capacity of 40 seated and 58 reception style. This cute 187 sqft space features a fireplace and a seating area that is separate from the Main Room. It is ideal to be used as your dance floor, ceremony site in case of inclement weather or simply an area to facilitate your bar service from.

Outdoor Deck

The Outdoor Deck has a guest capacity of 70 seated and 100 reception style. This 604 sqft deck wraps around the whole venue allowing your guests to take in the beautiful mountain views and enjoy the fresh mountain air while sipping on a cocktail. This space can also serve as your ceremony site with a smaller guest count.

Things to Note

Food & Beverages And Alcohol Licensing

The Day Lodge is licensed to Whistler Cooks, and all food and beverage services will have to be arranged through them. Wondering what style of food and bar service they offer? Feel free to contact them for a quote! The venue is licensed until midnight.

Furniture

All tables and chairs are included in your rental fee.

Sound System

The Day Lodge is equipped with an internal sounds system with plug-in capabilities, making it easy to play background music during your event.

Location & Transportation

Whistler Olympic Park is situated 20 kilometres south of Whistler Village, in a central location in the Sea to Sky Corridor, around 1.5 hours from Vancouver (get directions).

Arranging for shuttle buses has proven to be the best way to get your guests to and from the venue safely. There are a few companies in town we recommend arranging your transportation with. We are happy to share our list of preferred vendors with you!

How Do I Book?

Send us an inquiry with your preferred date, guest count and any questions you may have regarding our venues, either through email or our Booking Request Form.
Our sales team will send you our wedding flat sheets and answer your questions.
We will set up a site visit to view the venues.
If you would like to book one of our venues, our sales team will draw up a contract for your review and signature. We do require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking. The remainder is collected 30 days prior to your wedding day.
We do require a $1,000 refundable damage deposit, due 30 days prior to the wedding. This is usually refunded between 24-72 hours after the event minus any damages.
