Friday, February 20, 2015

Whistler, BC: Ski Callaghan, the joint venture between Whistler Olympic Park and Callaghan Country Wilderness Adventures, remains open daily for normal operating hours (midweek: 9:00am - 4:30pm, weekends: 8:30am - 4:30pm, no Wednesday night skiing). There are approximately 35 kilometres of cross-country ski trails, including dog trails, and 7 kilometres of snowshoe trails available to the public.

Skiing from the Day Lodge is not recommended at this time. Guests are advised to access trails from the Porter’s Glide parking lot or from the Callaghan Country Base, where a shuttle will take skiers to the trails at the Madeley Creek Loop/Madeley Road intersection with access to the Norwegian Woods/Lunch Lake area.

The Whistler Olympic Park Day Lodge remains open with all services, and ski lessons are still available.

As trail conditions and availability are changing daily, guests are advised to check trail conditions updates and the GPS grooming map daily.
