"PLAYtots" Physical Literacy Program (for toddlers 1-3 years)

The goal of the PLAYtots program (Physical Literacy and Your tot) is to expose your child to the Fundamental Movement Skills (FMS) to develop a lifelong enjoyment of physical activity.  Each week will focus and build on basic movement skills including agility, balance and coordination catching, throwing, climbing and kicking.

Program Details:

  • WHO: 1-3 year-olds (preferably walking)
  • WHEN: Wednesdays, January 10 to March 28, 2018, 10:30-11:30am (10 weeks, no classes February 28 and March 7)
  • COST: $100
  • LOCATION: Performance Hub/Whistler Athletes’ Centre (1090 Legacy Way, Cheakamus Crossing/Whistler)
