Whistler Sport Legacies' venues are state-of-the-art facilities of Olympic standard. They are open for training for athletes of all disciplines and of all levels, winter and summer, for dryland camps, club training or discipline-specific Nordic or Sliding training in beautiful Whistler.

Whistler Athletes' Centre/Performance Hub: Dryland Training, Testing, Meetings

The 'Performance Hub' is a well-equipped flex space/multipurpose room on the 2nd floor of the Whistler Athletes' Centre's High Performance Training Centre. It is available for dryland training, testing, meetings, workshops and group fitness classes. Whistler Olympic Park: Nordic Disciplines, Strength & Conditioning

Whistler Olympic Park offers year-round training opportunities for Nordic skiing and cross training. Close to 90 kilometres of beginner to expert cross-country ski trails, an internationally sanctioned biathlon range, four jumping hills for all levels, storage and wax facilities, a full-service Day Lodge, as well as a paved rollerski network and natural trails for summer training make for a perfect training environment for all seasons. Youth development programs are offered for all Nordic disciplines, and public visitors enjoy recreational skiing, snowshoeing, tobogganing, baseboarding as well as introductory biathlon and ski jumping. Contact us for training requests!

Whistler Sliding Centre: The World's Fastest Sliding Track

Built as the venue for the bobsleigh, skeleton and luge competitions during the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, the Whistler Sliding Centre is one of 15 internationally sanctioned competition and training ice tracks. The National Training Centre for Canada’s sliding team is also an important training venue for international athletes who book the ‘Stay & Slide’ packages, offered in conjunction with the Whistler Athletes’ Centre. The track plays host to World Cup races and will be the venue for the 2019 Bobsleigh and Skeleton World Championships. Furthermore, youth and grassroots programs introduce novice athletes to the three sliding sports. Public visitors can participate in passenger bobsleigh (summer & winter) and solo skeleton rides (winter). Email us for training requests!
